If you don't have a prescription or hearing test, that's fine! Our Behind The Ear (BTE) Rechargeable Hearing Aids are easily adjustable to the exact amount of hearing support you need (up to 70 dB). If you don't know how much you need, simply start at the lowest setting and slowly adjust the amount of hearing support until you're able to hear normally again.
Adjustment is extremely easy and takes only 30 seconds with a built-in adjustment dial and included adjustment tool. If the adjustment tool is lost or broken, we'll replace it free of charge.
